AGNIESZKA CHRZCZONOWICZ-STĘPIEŃ Assistant Professor

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Clinical Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Psychology in Warsaw. I obtained my PhD in psychiatry at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, Warsaw. My research interests are in clinical psychology, more specifically in the relationship between different features of identity, self- structure, self narratives and mental health. 

I completed 4-years postgraduate training in clinical psychology in mental health service; for several years I worked at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in the therapeutic department for patients with psychotic disorders. I am a psychotherapist certified by the Polish Psychological Association. Since 2008 I have worked as an individual and group psychodynamic psychotherapist in Centrum Terapii Dialog. I teach future psychotherapists in Dialogue Therapy School.
