JOANNA RAJCHERT Associate Professor

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Psychology of Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw. I was granted a doctoral degree and habilitation in psychology at University of Warsaw. 

My work focuses on the emotional, physiological, and behavioral effects of interpersonal exclusion, but also on factors that shape these effects, such as individual differences and situational conditions. Besides that, most of my studies concentrate on aggressive or prosocial behavior and its predictors, with hostile attributions being one of the most studied among them. I am a big enthusiast of experimental design and the evolutionary approach.
