I am a PhD student at Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw and a graduate of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. In my academic work, I am interested in the social perspective of music psychology. I am primarily trying to answer the questions of whether self-efficacy can be related to career path choices (here: musicians) and what can shape this sense of self-efficacy.
In addition to the Doctoral School, I work as a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (I have been studying in Academy of Motivation and Education). In addition to my education in psychology, I am also a cellist and music therapist, play in an orchestra and am passionate about cultural studies and ethnology. So far, I have been able to combine these interests through exchanges and academic collaborations: in Valencia, London, Tenerife and Zurich.
